Blair is a account executive for the Augusta RiverHawks. He is a native of the CSRA. He has been a member of YPA since 2011. His favorite thing about YPA, other than community outreach, is the professional development. He is also involved in the Red Shoe Society. In his spare time he enjoys Auburn football, New York Rangers hockey, and giving back to the community.

Alaya Johnson works at Perry Broadcasting as an Account Executive. She sells radio advertising for five stations located here within the CSRA. What she loves the most about her job is the interaction and the exchanging of ideas with various types of people. As an account executive she takes a personal and passionate approach to the services that she provides her clientele to ensure that they are thoroughly satisfied.  In her spare time she loves to swim and ice-skate. Her favorite place to travel is the Bahamas. She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends eating at different restaurants.  Her favorite foods are Italian and Chinese.

Adia Mcduffey is an “Army- brat” originally from Jacksonville, Florida. In 2002, she received her B.A. in Psychology and Elementary Education from the College of William and Mary. In 2009, she accepted a position as a Blind Rehabilitation Specialist at the Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center. She is also a Biology/Pre-Med major at Georgia Regents University. In her free time, she enjoys the arts, travel, and training for half-marathons.

Jessica was born and raised in a small community in Northwestern, Pennsylvania.  She recently obtained her Master’s in Education with an emphasis in Student Affairs and a Certificate in Social Justice from Iowa State University.  Directly prior to her M.Ed., Jessica received her Bachelor’s of Science in Political Science and Sociology from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida.  Currently, Jessica works at Georgia Regents University for the Office of Student Life & Engagement as the Assistant Director for Programs.

Chad Walters is a Lean Consultant with Lean Blitz Consulting, a firm helping small businesses become more efficient through use of Lean and Six Sigma concepts. He is a Six Sigma Black Belt certified by the American Society for Quality and received his MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. He has consulted for the Atlanta Braves and ADP, and has also worked with The Dannon Company and Thomson Plastics among others.
